Jeremiah Kennedy - Owner & Head Coach
Born and raised in the Owen Sound area, Jeremiah Kennedy is the proud founder and sole owner of KF Training + Fitness. Fitness has been a lifelong passion for Jeremiah, beginning with dryland training during his youth hockey days and continuing through his motocross racing years. No matter the sport, the gym has always been a part of his life.
For the past nine years, Jeremiah has competed as a Men’s Physique athlete in some of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions across Canada and the U.S. His personal experience in bodybuilding, transformation, and athletic training has fueled his passion for helping others reach their own fitness goals. Today, he works with clients both in-person and online, offering personal training, lifestyle coaching, body transformations, and contest prep for aspiring competitors.

KF was born out of Jeremiah’s desire to build a fully equipped gym that could support his bodybuilding journey—and provide a welcoming, respectful environment for others to train in as well. Whether you’re a beginner, an athlete, or a serious lifter, KF is a space where everyone is supported in chasing their goals.
